Which labels work with my thermal printer?
Search for the manufacturer and exact model in Printer labels. Check roll width, core diameter, sensor type, and print method on the product page. Some printers require specific media recognition features, even when the roll dimensions match.
What is the difference between direct thermal and thermal transfer?
Direct thermal printers apply heat to a heat-sensitive face stock. Thermal transfer printers use a ribbon to transfer the printed image. Choose the stock specified for your printer and application.
How do I align a sheet of blank labels?
Open the dimensions for your sheet SKU. Set the document to the listed sheet size and use its top and left margins, horizontal and vertical pitch, and label dimensions. Print a test on plain paper at 100% scale. Hold it against the sheet to check alignment before printing on label stock.
How does quantity pricing work?
Choose a material first. The quantity table shows the available breaks for that configuration. For sheets and custom print runs, the displayed total is for the selected quantity. When a roll or package has an each-price, the cart multiplies that price by the number of units.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Open the Label Designer from a custom product page. Upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image, add text, position each element, and review the final artwork. You can download the design or attach it to a preview order.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 3 PM CST ship the same day. Shipping is the time your order leaves fulfillment. Delivery depends on its destination and the carrier.
Can I test a label before ordering?
Use the samples page to specify your printer model, intended surface, size, and material. Include whether the label will face moisture, refrigeration, or frequent handling.
