Prepare custom label artwork
Set the finished dimensions before positioning text, images, or codes.
Start at finished size
Open the designer from the product or quoted configuration. It uses the selected physical dimensions. Keep critical text and codes inside the intended cut edge and review the proof for custom contours.
Check image resolution
The designer exports 300 pixels per inch at the finished size. A 2 × 3 inch label produces a 600 × 900 pixel PNG. Start with a clear source image so small details survive export.
Create a scannable code
Choose a barcode format that matches your data. Keep the white margin around the code and test a printed sample with the scanner your customer will use. A QR code can encode a URL or short text.
Review multiple designs
When splitting a roll run across designs, enter the number of labels for each design and compare the quoted total. Attach a finished PNG for each design or supply the outstanding artwork during proof review.
