Set the paper size
Match the document size and orientation to the listed sheet. A letter-size sheet and an A4 sheet need different document settings.
Build the grid
Use the left and top margins to locate the first label. Horizontal and vertical pitch measure the distance between corresponding edges on adjacent labels. Use pitch for the repeating positions and label width and height for the artwork.
Print a test
Choose actual size or 100% scale. Turn off fit-to-page, headers, and footers. Print on plain paper first, then hold the test behind the label sheet to check every row and column.
