Flexible Packaging

Plan identification for stand-up pouches, flat bags, and gusseted packages. A filled pouch changes shape, so its usable label panel can be smaller than its empty face.

Measure the filled front panel between the seal, side folds, and bottom gusset. Choose a pouch size or adhesive label that leaves room around the zipper and tear notch.

Test a proof after filling and closing the pouch. Check that important text stays flat and that staff can scan the code without unfolding the package.
