AC Service Labels

Give homeowners a phone number they can find at the unit. An AC service label can carry your business name, service date, and a short space for the technician’s initials.

Measure the flat part of the cabinet first. A 2.5 × 1.5 inch sticker suits a contact number and logo. The 4 × 3 inch format leaves room for visit dates or a handwritten note.

Place a test label on the same cabinet finish you service. Check that the number stays legible from a standing position and that technicians can write on the finished stock.
